  1. Hey, Natalie Wood and I have the same birthday (different years of course). And Cagney, such a love of mine, just 3 days before. I'm in good company. (I can hardly bear to read your posts about what's coming up on TCM since I had to let cable go -- boo hoo!!)

  2. Becky, Happy Birthday!!! If it were not for TCM, I would give up cable too. Wouldn't it be awesome if you could watch classic movies from TCM website? Maybe some day.

  3. That would be great, Dawn. But the cable companies would never allow it! There are a lot of people who keep certain cable packages just to have TCM! I do miss it awfully. Just another relatively unimportant casualty to the economy -- can't complain too much since I have a home and things that I really need. But why is it the things we love that have to go?

  4. The economy has affected us too. You are not alone.
