Monkey Business (1952), a comedy film directed by Howard Hawks. Cast: Cary Grant, Ginger Rogers, Charles Coburn and Marilyn Monroe. It is a story about a chemist, who's life is turned upside down after one of the chimpanzees, mixes some chemicals together and pours the mix into the water cooler.
