Stanwyck was epic, Dawn. Great actress, apparently a wonderful person. Her movie performances are always good, even if the movie isn't that great. Really nice tribute to her incredibly prolific career!
ReplyDeleteHi Dawn: I posted your link on my Facebook page because folks just can't get enough of Barbara. Great tribute to a gal who looks better and better as time goes on.
ReplyDeleteThank you Becky, I'm trying to watch all available Stanwyck films, I can get my hands on. I think she is an amazing actress.
ReplyDeleteFlickChick, Thank you. I'm very honored.
Ball of Fire, Stella Dallas, Baby Face, Night Nurse - 3 of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteActually that's 4! LOL! One more -- Clash by Night, I think it's called.
ReplyDeleteBecky, Baby Face, I do not think I have seen yet.
ReplyDeleteBaby Face was one of her pre-code movies, very controversial for the time. Stanwyck was great!
