On October 2, 2010, Is Noir and Chick Flicks first Anniversary. It seems like it was only a couple of months ago , but time is starting to fly by for me. The first movie post on N and CF was Mask (1985). Starring Cher and Eric Stoltz, Sam Elliott and Dennis Burkley. From there, all kinds of genres have been touched on from, " fluffy romances to noir to Silents. In the spirit of adventure. I believe these films show us who we are". Later, Monty and Silent joined on, to help build the N and CF to what it is today. I could not do this blog without them. I hope all of our friends here on, N and CF have enjoyed reading our journey through classic movies.. Cheers... and thank you all for being part of N and CF. Dawn
WOW! And to think a lot of TCM site members were inspired to create blog sites because of the guy on CFU who kept overposting and preventing members from finding good blogs! Congrats and keep up the great work!
