Olive Thomas, was an silent film actress and socialite. She was a Ziegfeld girl and the original flapper. She is best remembered for her marriage to Jack Pickford and her death. Olive's film "Everybody's Sweetheart" was released after her death. Surprisingly today many of her films exist (about 12 complete films), though they have not been released on DVD or home video. In 2005 a documentary "Everybody's Sweetheart" was released along with "The Flapper".
